A complete disaster. The entire house smelled of cigarettes and water damage. The entire bathroom was rotten and the basement has all sorts of interesting wiring. The south foundation wall has the starts of a horizontal crack. Most of the windows and doors have signs of forced entry.
The area here is a slummy little area overall from the houses I've seen so far. There are some that look like they have promise, but I wouldn't hold out much hope. Weird how in Calgary some areas are great, then two streets over it's crap.

A bit of a disappointment. The flimsy metal closets catch on the newly installed broadloom carpet and the hardwoods were starting to separate, on closer inspection, aluminum wiring, no back alley for a garage and the "3" bathrooms are really one bathroom with two powder rooms. This house would have been amazing in the 80's. Not so much now.
